These terms govern your use of autofinish.ai and the services provided by Project Continuum LLC (“Project Continuum,” “we,” “us”), including AutoFinish, BusinessBidder, the websites and quote-capture assistants we build and operate for business clients, and the text-message programs described below. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Project Continuum LLC is a United States company providing post-production software and done-for-you websites, quote-capture assistants, and lead-notification services for small businesses. You can reach us at jeff@autofinish.ai.

Our services

• Software and processing. We provide finishing and post-production tooling applied to media you supply. We do not claim ownership of your media.
• Websites and assistants. For business clients we build and host websites and automated assistants that answer enquiries and collect quote requests.
• Lead notifications. When a customer enquiry arrives on a site we operate for a client, we deliver it to that client by email and, where the client has opted in, by text message.

Text message programs

In summary, and without replacing the full terms linked above:

• We text only people who have given consent, and consent is never a condition of purchase.
• Messages relate to work you asked us about or an account you hold with us. We do not send promotional blasts or unrelated offers.
• Message frequency varies with your project or account activity and is not on a schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply, charged by your own mobile carrier under your own plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop texts to that number, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts never stops your leads — email remains the primary channel and the record.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, and tell us when they change.
• Only give us a phone number you are authorised to use.
• Do not use our services for unlawful purposes, or to send content you have no right to send.

Fees and cancellation

Subscription services are billed monthly at the price shown at the time you sign up, with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time and service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already incurred are not refundable except where required by law or where we have failed to provide the service.

Availability and limits

We work to keep our services running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Text-message delivery in particular depends on mobile carriers we do not control, which is exactly why every customer enquiry is recorded and emailed regardless of whether a text is delivered. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
