This policy explains what Project Continuum LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It covers autofinish.ai and our AutoFinish and BusinessBidder products.

What we collect

Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number, and business name.
What you tell us about your work — project descriptions, files you upload for processing, and messages you send us.
Consent records — if you agree to receive text messages, we keep a record of when you agreed, from what page, and the exact wording you were shown.
Basic technical data — IP address and browser user agent at the time you submit a form, retained as part of that consent record.

Your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party. We never share it for marketing or lead-generation purposes, and we do not share it with affiliates for their own use. Your number is used only to communicate with you about work you have asked us about or an account you hold with us.

The only parties who ever handle your number are the telecommunications providers required to actually deliver a message to your handset, and they may only use it to deliver that message.

How often we text, and what it costs. Message frequency varies with your project or account activity — there is no schedule and no recurring send, so you only hear from us when something actually happens on your job. Message and data rates may apply. We never charge you for a text message; any charge comes from your own mobile carrier under your plan. Why we collect it

To do the work you asked us to do and deliver it back to you
To reply to you, and to ask questions we need answered to finish the job
To tell you when something you are waiting on is ready
To keep records we are legally required to keep, including proof of consent to be texted

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or sell audiences.

Your files

Media you upload for processing is used only to produce your deliverable. We do not license it, resell it, publish it, or use it to promote our products without your explicit permission.

How long we keep things

We keep contact details and project records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards only as long as we need them for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. Consent records are retained for as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent was given, because the legal burden of proving it sits with us.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts to that number immediately.
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
Ask us to contact you only by phone or email instead of text.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people and systems that need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

Our products are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Consent records preserve the wording shown at the time consent was given, so changes here do not retroactively alter what you agreed to.
